Let the culture of ChaoShan bloom in school

¡¡¡¡ " The forum of the chaoshan culture entering the classrooms" held by Chaoshan history and culture study center and the bureau of education of the Shantou City on March 8. Attenders were the center President Wu Qinsheng, Comrades in charge of bureau of education of Shantou and Chaoyang, Over 10 teachers from some middle and primary schools and kindergartens of Shantou and Chenghai.

£ £ Representatives attending the meeting made speeches enthusiastically and put forward a lot of constructive suggestions in the forum about chaoshan culture entering classrooms. It must be done from childhood generration by generration.

£ £ The representatives pointed out that we must take advantage of present opening and reforming situation to develop chaposhan culture textbook for students to learn social and natural science. Those books are under compilation, inluding Chinese, history, geography and biology.

£ £ Some representative proposed that besides writing the regular teaching material, we should combine the activities like music, dance, physicalwork lesson, spring outing with Chaozhou big gong and drum, brewing Congfu Tea and visiting lotus flower mountain of Chaoyang so that students can learn something with chaoshan characteristics in ordinary activities. The teacher of DanXia kindergarten said, teaching the children's song with healthy contents to the kids is a good method to spread ChaoShan culture.
